Shipping

PRINTS:

Print orders are shipped within 2 to 4 business days after order receipt. Shipping within the U.S. can take up to 5 business days to arrive once shipped. Shipping outside of the U.S. can take anywhere from 7 to 21 days once shipped, depending on the shipping destination. Please provide all your contact details including your TEL NUMBER. You will get a confirmation email with your order, and tracking details once your order has shipped.

All prints are are shipped with either USPS or UPS. Typically small flats are shipped USPS and larger tubes are shipped UPS.

ORIGINALS:

Original orders are shipped within 2 to 4 business days after order receipt. Paintings will be packed in a sealed clear bag, safe and snug with a thick backing board, and shipped inside a rigid protective envelope. Larger paintings are rolled, wrapped and shipped in a rigid tube.

Proof of mailing with each item is provided. Please allow appox. 1 week for delivery. All original paintings are shipped door to door with DHL. Please provide all your contact details including your TEL NUMBER. You will get a confirmation email with your order, and tracking details once your order has shipped.

PRINTS AND ORIGINALS:

If you have both prints and originals in your order, they will be shipped separately. You will get a confirmation email with your order, and tracking details for both once your orders have shipped.

PRINTS - DIFFERENT SIZES:

We choose the package size based on the largest sized print in the order. So, if it's a few 8x10’s and a 16x20" print, then it will go rolled in a tube. Any order with prints over 11x14"/12x12" size will also get shipped in a tube. Smaller print orders ship flat in a rigid protective sleeve.

Returns

PRINTS:

If a package is lost or damaged in-transit, we will gladly provide a free replacement. If a package is lost in-transit, in order to receive a free replacement, please contact us within 15-days of the package no longer tracking. If a package is damaged in-transit, please contact us within 48-hours of delivery (this time is determined by the courier's documented time of delivery). Please provide us with images of both the damaged print(s) and the damaged packaging - this is required for free replacements.

PAINTINGS:

There are no returns on original art.
