Come and paint with us this December!

In this workshop we will be using watercolours, gouache and acryla gouache and focusing on a variety of techniques, materials and topics, including:

• introduction to new media/materials (what they are and how to use them for best results)

• how to paint florals in more than two ways

• composition

• new ways to find colours that speak to each other

• bleeding vs dry brush

• painting from nature vs painting from imagination

• limited pallet

• how to get unblocked and more prolific

• scanning, photography, recording & sharing

This workshop is open to all levels - from beginners to seasoned artists.

Lunch, tea, coffee and snacks will be provided.

A list of recommended supplies will be sent following your registration.

*COVID policy:

We are limiting the number of guests to 18 to allow for a greater degree of personal spacing. Please register early to avoid disappointment! All guests must be fully vaccinated. Masks are required inside the building, but may be removed if desired inside the workshop space. Guests must sanitize hands upon entering the elevator and the workshop space.
